More tools on the same platform. We switch on only the ones you choose, and each asks for data only then.

  • Direct bookings

Every booking inquiry from your website or email is logged with a reply clock, so you answer while the guest still wants to book with you. With your reservation exports, you also see which inquiries booked direct.

  • Reviews

Google and Tripadvisor reviews in one feed, grouped by theme, with reply drafts for you to edit.

  • Owner brief

A short morning summary for the owner: late requests, service risks and what needs a decision.

  • Demand and prices

Rate suggestions you approve, within the floor and ceiling you set. Clefs never changes a rate itself. Built for UAE hotels first.

  • In-room dining

Guests order from your menu on the same QR page, if you switch it on.

How it works

Scan. Ask. Assign. Done.

We set it up from your hotel's own facts, and you approve every fact before guests see it.

  1. Guests scan and ask

A QR card in the room opens the assistant on the guest's own phone. They talk or type in their own language (English and seven more), with nothing to download.

  2. The assistant answers

Questions about your hotel are answered at once, only from facts you approved. The guest page says it is an AI assistant, and it never claims to be a person.

  3. Your team gets a timed job

Anything that needs a person becomes a job for the right team, with the room number and a timer. If nobody takes it, it goes up to a supervisor.

  4. You see what got done

The guest confirms the fix, and if it is not fixed, the job reopens. You see response and completion times by team, floor and shift.

Questions

Common questions

What is Clefs?

Clefs is a guest service desk for hotels. Guests scan a QR code in their room and ask by voice or text, in their own language (English and seven more). Simple questions are answered at once, from facts your hotel approved. Anything that needs a person becomes a job for the right team, tracked until it is done. We switch on other tools, such as direct booking inquiries and an owner's morning brief, only if you ask for them.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The QR code opens a web page on the guest's own phone. There is nothing to install and no new hardware in the room. Your staff use a shared tablet or the front desk computer.

Do guests know it is an AI?

Yes. The guest page says so before they start, and the assistant never claims to be a person. Guests can ask for a member of staff at any time.

Which languages does the guest assistant speak?

Guests can use English and seven more languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Russian and Urdu. They can speak or type. Before go-live we test your assistant on your hotel's own answers. Requests reach your team translated into English.

What happens if nobody picks up a request?

It escalates. The alert repeats on the team tablet while Clefs is open. If nobody acknowledges it in the time you set, it goes to the supervisor. Then it goes to the manager on duty and the GM, by email, SMS or WhatsApp, as set up for your hotel. Emergencies skip the queue: they are assigned at once to the people you name, and the guest is shown the local emergency numbers, which we set for your country before go-live.

Do I have to replace my PMS or my phones?

No. The Guest Service Desk needs no PMS connection and no change to your phones. Calls to your front desk can be logged into the same queue in a few keystrokes. Other modules read exports only if you choose them. Clefs never changes a rate or a booking on its own.

Where is my hotel's data stored?

Today our database runs in Singapore, and AI processing runs in the United States. Dedicated regional hosting is available when your contract requires it. Moving the database does not move AI processing, so guests are asked to consent to that transfer. Our security page lists every sub-processor and its country.

How does the pilot work?

The pilot is free for 30 days. We set it up with you remotely: the assistant from your hotel's facts, QR cards for your rooms and a staff screen. Voice is capped at 300 minutes, pooled across the hotel. Before it starts, we agree with you how success is measured. At the end, you decide whether to pay.

How much does Clefs cost?

The pilot is free for 30 days. After it, the Guest Service Desk is $5 per room per month, with a $199 minimum. That includes about 10 voice minutes per room a month, pooled across the hotel. It runs month to month with no setup fee, and annual billing gets 2 months free. A text-only plan is $2.50 per room per month, with a $99 minimum. Our first 25 hotels can lock $149 a month for 12 months after the pilot, with voice capped at 300 minutes a month, pooled across the hotel, in return for a case study and one referral.

Is Clefs only for independent hotels?

No. Clefs works for branded and independent hotels alike, one property at a time. A general manager of a chain property uses the same product and the same demo.
